If you are unable to place the order as the device is unable to handle the error, perform the following:
- Ensure Smart Printer is online
- Ensure categories and services are being handled by a non-observer:
- Get the name of the item user tried to order.
- Find that item in the site's menu.
- Check the items assigned category.
- Find that category in the category section.
- Check the service the category is assigned to.
- Go to the Devices section.
- Ensure there is a non-observer device with that category and service assigned.
