Add Item Availability in Menu
Capability to mark the items as 86 and un86 which identifies the menu item availability in the site or venue. Based on availability, an item can be marked as 86 – Out of stock and un86 – In stock on the POS.
Simplified View for Adding Product Items to the Menu
TRAY now has introduced the simplified method for adding product items to the menu.
In the Menu section, the Add Product Item screen that appears when you click + icon is condensed to provide Simple View and Advanced View.
The Simple View provides mandatory required options to add or edit the menu item whereas Advanced View displays the more details.
Offline Support Enhancement
You can now use TRAY POS even if you lose active internet connection and take orders and payments.
In the Developer Options screen, a new switch OFFLINE SUPPORT is added that allows to use the POS device when there is minimal or no internet connection. Offline support should be added manually.

Auto Prints Receipt on Authorizing a Card
You can now enable the printers to print receipt automatically when a card is authorized on the device.
If the Card Receipt Copy option is selected on the connected printer, then two receipt copies are printed.

Labor Summary Report:
You can now generate an hourly labor summary on HQ. A new option, Hour should be selected from the duration drop-down list to generate the labor summary report in hours for the selected duration.
Cook Time Service Configuration Enhancement
You can now set the service configurations for orders to skip the particular state when they are fired to KDS for cooking. When an item with a cook time is fired to the KDS, per the Service Configuration settings, the order state can be skipped and moved to the next one.

Clock-In and Clock-Out Enhancement (Coming Soon)
Staff can now clock-in and clock-out of the POS device and record their labor hours. The labor hours are captured in the Time Card report and is considered in calculating wages in the labor summary report.
The Time Card report consider the following:
If clock-in, and clock-out occurs on the same day, time card considers it as a shift
If the clock-out occurs on the next day, shift is calculated as ClockIn-EOD, and EOD-Clockout.
Warning Message on POS for Connected Printer Errors
Now in POS, following warning message displays on the POS screen for any connected printer error.
Printer <Name> needs your attention!
where <Name> is the name of the printer.
Flexibility to Show or Hide Logo for a Web Platform
On the web ordering, a capability to hide or show the brand logo is added using iFrame. The configuration to display or hide the logo is provided on the specific menu at HQ.
Freeze the Date with No Slots in Reservation Calendar
The Reservation Calendar now greys out the date with no slots available.
Order Level Discounts for Web Ordering
You can now offer order level discounts to the guests for a web ordering. In the HQ, if an item is marked as order level discount and the option, Allow on Web is selected, the discount will now be available for the item when doing web ordering.
Reservation Enhancements on Web
Following are the enhancements done in Reservation on web:
When making a reservation, the calendar now defaults to the latest available date and slots where guests can select the latest or choose one from the calendar.
Staff can edit the customer profile associated with the reservation.
You can apply or modify the Discounts for any existing reservations.
You can now print Notes information entered during reservation on the receipts.
Now you can send reservation information to multiple users.
Multiple Job Role Support for Computing Wages (Coming Soon)
A new enhancement that allows you to add multiple job roles to the staff is coming soon. For the staff performing multiple jobs, the wages are calculated based on the clocked-in role.
Custom Email Templates for Email Receipts
New compatibility, Custom Email Templates allows users to customize the Email receipts.
User can now change the message that gets printed on the email order receipts.
Control POS & KDS Device Level Settings Remotely from HQ (Coming Soon)
You can control settings on all your devices from HQ. The settings can be grouped and pushed to the list of devices from HQ in one click.
Now Refund Tips Without Cancelling a Check
You can now refund tip amount to a guest without cancelling an entire check.
A new functionality, Refund Tip allows you to refund only tips exclusive of a complete bill amount. If a customer or staff enters an incorrect tip amount, they can ask for tip refund instead of cancelling the entire check.
