Assign Multiple Roles to the Staff
You can now assign multiple roles to a single staff. Multiple roles can assigned when creating a new staff account or to the existing staff.

End of the Shift Report for Individual Staff
You can now implement to print the end of shift report before a staff ends their shift. When clocking-out from their shift, shift must the end of the shift report and print to sign. The report includes Gross Sales, Net Sales, Tax Collected, Tips Declared, Sales by Category, Voids (as a % of sales), Comps (as a % of sales), Discounts (as a % of sales), and Speed of Service Stats that details the Speed of Service and Average turn time for the table by the staff on that day.
TRAY Now Provides Staff Break Time
TRAY POS provides an option for staff to take breaks during their shift time. The POS screen now contains a button, BREAK which allows the staff to authenticate their Employee ID when taking break. After successful authentication, the break timer runs on the POS screen notifying the staff for the remaining break time within which they need to Clock-In back to start their shift. See Logging Shift Breaks.
The break time taken by the staff are recorded in Time Entry report with the events BREAK IN and BREAK OUT.

Create and Manage Your Bank Deposits From TRAY POS
You can now create and manage your bank deposits from TRAY POS and track the business financial reports all from one place. Venue owners or staff managers can create bank deposits and view the information in a new report, Deposit Report.
Integrate OLO at Site Level
You can now enable or disable OLO integration from TRAY HQ. In the Integration screen, a new option, OLO has been added which allows the user to enable or disable OLO integration.

Add or Remove Amount from Drawers
You can now perform drawer pull and drawer loan where staff can remove cash from one drawer and add the cash to another drawer. The transactions are tracked in No Sale Report.

In the New User Report, a new column, Phone number has been added which provides user contact details.
Promo report now shows the summary of the selected duration along with details.
This section provides information about the bugs fixed in this release.
Fixed an issue where the user is unable to update the location for an active order.
Fixed an issue in the Promotions Report, wherein the User Name column, staff name is displaying instead of logged-in username.
Fixed an issue where when a new Venue is created the default permission are not getting created.
Fixed an issue where the user is unable to push the Menu Schedules at the specified time in POS.
When making a payment, if a credit or debit card authorization fails then the user is unable able to try the authorization second time. This issue is fixed.
Fixed an issue where single venue user are unable to view the Sites.
Fixed an issue in Reservations, where Discount Percentage is showing in Reservation Email Receipt.
The Payment Reports fails to display the data when a user selects the staff, <SYSTEM>.
Fixed an issue in Discrepancy Report, when an user cannot select the Sites option.
In Reservations, party booking email receipt shows incorrect balance due and total amount.
